AdVerse Productions ("AdVerse," "we," "us") operates reservation landing pages on behalf of partner restaurants. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use one of our reservation pages, why we collect it, who we share it with, and your rights. We are based in Quebec, Canada, and handle personal information in accordance with Quebec's Law 25 and Canada's federal privacy law (PIPEDA).

Information we collect

Information you provide when making a reservation:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Reservation details: restaurant, date, time, party size, and any special requests or notes

Information collected automatically:

• IP address, browser type, and device information
• The page you visited and the website or advertisement that referred you
• Advertising identifiers, such as campaign parameters (UTM) and Meta click identifiers (fbclid), which tell us which advertisement brought you to the page

Cookies and tracking technologies:

We use cookies and the Meta Pixel to measure and improve advertising performance. Non-essential tracking does not activate until you accept it through our cookie consent banner. Declining does not prevent you from making a reservation.

How we use your information

• To complete your reservation — your contact and reservation details are submitted to the restaurant's booking system (for example, Libro) to secure your table
• To confirm your booking — the restaurant's booking system may send you a confirmation email
• To measure advertising — we analyze which advertisements lead to reservations so we can improve the campaigns we run for the restaurant

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share your information with

• The restaurant you are booking with and its reservation provider (such as Libro), so your reservation can be created and honoured
• Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram) — through the Meta Pixel, for advertising measurement and optimization, only if you have accepted cookies
• Our service providers — companies that host our website and database, bound to use the information only to provide services to us

Data retention

We keep reservation and lead information for as long as needed to provide the reservation service and measure the related advertising campaign, then for a reasonable record-keeping period, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

You may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw your consent to tracking. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. We will respond as required by applicable law.
